As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll join a highly result-driven team where you will build, enhance and manage customer-facing applications. We run a full stack team and you'll bring your passion and expertise to help scale our applications. We love creativity and passion.
You are a candidate with a proven track record of building both customer-facing web applications as well as the backend infrastructure to support it.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or Mathematics
~ 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
~ 2+ years of active and recent Java+Spring experience, other languages and frameworks are plus
~ Experience in software design, and development
~ Working knowledge of the full SW development lifecycle
~ Familiarity with Objective C and Swift is preferred but optional
~ Deep understanding of Object Oriented and SOA design concepts
~ Hands-on experience with Spring and other Java EE frameworks
~ ~Strong knowledge of concurrency, scalability and fault tolerant designs
~ Experience with database technologies
~ Front-end technologies like AngularJS or React
~ Knowledge of design patterns, enterprise architecture, and software engineering principles.
~ Good communication and interpersonal skills
~ Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies
~ Write software and participate in code review, debugging and coding to resolve issues.
~ Keep up to date with the latest technologies
~ Strive for best results and continuously look for ways to improve and enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
~ Own and review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and completeness
As an Account Manager, you'll develop relationships with our brand partners across all levels and support them as they use Dliri to meet their goals. As an Account Manager, you'll work with some companies of all sizes across various industries, educating them on the power of Dliri and developing test and learn frameworks to help them realize their full potential.
You are a candidate with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with corporate customers.
~ Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a similar role OR a Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
~ Track record of success in building customer relationships at multiple levels of a clients’ organization
~ You embrace the opportunity to work with emerging technologies
~ Ability to work in a team environment is critical
~ Strong communication skills including written, analytical, presentation and verbal (English and in other local languages Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo)
~ Ability to collaborate with teams across the organization while also being able to work independently and as a self-starter

~ Ability to properly explain technical tasks to non-technical stakeholders

~ Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

~ Strategize with Managers on the ideal marketing solutions for some of the world’s most ambitious online brands
~ Train, set up and grow key performance advertisers in emerging regions
~ Provide ongoing optimization ideas and quarterly business reviews to direct clients and agencies
~ Collaborate with internal product teams to improve our paid and organic solutions
~ Advise and educate clients and their agencies on use business intelligence assets on to design Dliri
~ Manage advertiser onboarding
~ Develop measurement agendas for clients, with support from our measurement teams
